Whether you deleted data by accident, experienced a system crash, or lost files during an update, recovery is often possible. iReparo for Android is a dedicated desktop software designed to scan your phone’s storage and retrieve missing information.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use this tool to safely recover your lost data. Step 1: Download and Install the Software First, get the software ready on your computer. Visit the official iReparo website.
Download the version compatible with your operating system (Windows or Mac). Launch the installer and follow the on-screen prompts. Open the program once the installation is complete. Step 2: Choose the File Types to Recover Narrowing down your scan saves time. On the main screen, you will see various data categories.
Select specific types like Contacts, Messages, Photos, Videos, or WhatsApp. Click Next to proceed to the connection stage.
Step 3: Connect Your Android Device and Enable USB Debugging
The software requires a secure connection to communicate with your phone.
Connect your Android phone to the computer using a stable USB cable. Open your phone’s Settings.
Navigate to About Phone and tap Build Number seven times to unlock Developer Options.
Go back to Settings, enter Developer Options, and switch on USB Debugging.
Tap Allow on your phone screen if a prompt asks for computer authorization. Step 4: Scan and Analyze the Phone Storage Once connected, the software will analyze your device. Click the Start button in the desktop interface. Wait for the software to scan your phone’s internal memory.
Keep the phone connected and do not use it during this process. Step 5: Preview and Recover Your Data
After the scan, you can select exactly what you want to save. Browse through the categorized files in the left sidebar.
Click on individual items to preview photos, read messages, or view contact details. Check the boxes next to the files you wish to rescue. Click the Recover button.
Choose a destination folder on your computer to safely store the recovered data.
To maximize your chances of a successful recovery, stop using your Android phone immediately after you notice data is missing. This prevents new data from overwriting the deleted files before iReparo can scan them. If you want to customize this article, let me know:
